Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website or directly with our team by phone or email. For bespoke ductwork, drawings or specifications can be submitted for review and quotation.
Once your order is received, we will confirm the product details, pricing, and estimated lead times. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any amendments are required.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments may be possible prior to dispatch for standard products.
For bespoke or made-to-measure items, changes are not usually possible once manufacturing has begun.
Bespoke & Custom Manufactured Products
Custom ductwork is manufactured specifically to your supplied dimensions and specifications. For this reason, bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.
We strongly recommend confirming all drawings, measurements, and specifications before approving manufacture. If you are unsure about any detail, our team is available to discuss requirements prior to production.
Returns
Returns of standard products must be agreed in advance. Items must be unused and in original condition. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless goods are confirmed to be faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect goods upon delivery. If there are any issues, notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs where appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
